We work on existing building stock to bring it up to standard, improve energy performance and extend its lifespan. COTRAC carries out the rehabilitation of deteriorated structures using modern techniques and certified materials.
Our multidisciplinary design office provides full technical design for your projects: feasibility, execution drawings, tender documents, site supervision and works reception. We coordinate all stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality at every stage.

Construction of a complete school complex: 12 classrooms, administration, library, separate toilets for boys and girls and boundary wall. Delivered in 8 months for the Ministry of National Education.
Construction of a 600 m² health centre: consultation, maternity, laboratory, pharmacy and doctor's residence. USAID-funded - delivered on schedule.
Full renovation of a 4-storey administrative building: facades, roofing, joinery, electrical installations and plumbing. Area: 2,400 m². Duration: 6 months.
